Our Programs explore resources, volunteer opportunities and beneficial partnerships to bring about whole community care with the help of our supporters.   Dynamic Group Services operates as a Non-profit organization that receives funding assistance, resources or products from our sponsors and supporters. Dynamic Group recognizes sponsors in all forms of advertising, promotional events, and charity events. We also link our website and social media outlets to our sponsors as well as provide custom made product and service reviews through targeted customer testimonies, video reviews,
popular bloggers and partnered publications. Any Monetary donations will aid the growth of the program and assist in purchasing additional equipment such as photography/video cameras and equipment, products and materials for courses, computers, etc. any product/service donation or amount would be well received. To be able to give a voice and vision to people is our goal and with our experience and your help we will be the fuel on the road to success.

 Dynamic Donations Dynamic Group Services is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides community resources, transitional housing, and outreach programs for underserved communities with a focus on military families and special needs children. A Mission with Heart 

Dynamic Group Services has provided quality programs and services to serve communities in rural towns and areas that fall below the poverty line since 2015 with a talented team whose sole mission is to provide better opportunities and accessibility for families in need. We have developed community-centered programs that provide assistive technology, community resources, effective messaging,  transitional housing, and creative outreach projects with a focus on military families and special needs children. Since our inception we have provided, sensory toys, specialty shoes, medical equipment, American sign language content, Ipads with sensory apps, temporary housing for hurricane survivors, and more. We work with community partners, donors, and supporters to help provide families that have unmet needs equip their loved ones with tools that make everyday life more manageable. We realize the challenges that families with special needs children face and the scarcity of proficient programs and services tailored to the special needs community in rural and urban areas. We aim to change that by creating opportunities and providing resources for people who need them most. We empower people with inspiration, motivation, and most importantly real change with real results. 

A Program with Purpose 

Sponsorship All donations, proceeds, and sponsorships are used to further our philanthropic mission. Sponsoring our community outreach projects you help us spread effective messaging and resources to hundreds of families across the country. We have a talented social media team that has generated over twenty million impressions on google to create advertised content for our supporters and program sponsors to ensure maximum exposure with measurable results.  

Monetary Donation

 We accept donations of all kinds from a penny to an airplane… Every donation counts toward our mission to help kids with Autism, Military families, At-risk teens, and Disaster survivors. Monetary Donations aid the support of our youth programs-Blue Hearts for Autism and Shooting for the Stars. 

 Real Estate Donation Building/Land/Homes: We Accept Properties in fair condition as *Outright Donations* or *Direct Gifts*  -The donor transfers the Deed or Title to the organization (Dynamic Group Services inc.-EIN  {383974416}) to receive a tax deduction equal to the fair market value of the property and the deduction may be carried forward for up to five years. Appraisals must be the third party and all properties must be free of unpaid property tax, Civil Liens, and ongoing mortgages if vacant for longer than 12 months.

 Donate your Business 

Our Donors are hardworking tax-paying business owners that believe in our mission. Small business owners that are retiring, focusing on other businesses, or looking for the right brand to take over the company gain tons of value by transferring Privately Held Business Interest (ownership & assets) to  Dynamic Group Services. Simply transfer the ownership of your business to our 501c3 nonprofit organization, we continue to manage or revise the business and reinvest the gains into our community services and outreach programs to maximize our philanthropic impact. You as a donor receive a tax deduction for contributing, becoming a charitable advisor, and business assets contributed during the transfer will be removed from the value of your estate for federal estate tax purposes. -Receive a tax deduction equal to the fair market value of the property, and the deduction may be  carried forward for five years

-If all documentation is in order, and the title is clear of any issues, the process typically takes between three to six weeks.  

- Per IRS. Charities described in section 501c3 of the internal revenue code need funds to operate their charitable, educational, or tax-exempt programs. Charities such as Dynamic Group Services may choose from several fundraising activities for financial support. A popular fundraising program is a sale and charitable acquisition of donated properties in their tax-exempt programs.  If the Real Estate donation is over $5000 it requires a qualified appraisal of the property, performed by a qualified appraiser. If the value of the real estate you donate is $500,000 or more, the appraisal must be attached to your tax filing.
